Returns Policy

Evcustomz offers a 7-day return period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be in brand new, unused condition.

• The item must not have been installed, ridden, modified, damaged, or altered in any way.

• All original packaging, hardware, and included components must be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been installed or used.

• The product shows signs of wear, use, damage, or modification.

• The product is returned incomplete or missing parts.

• The return request is made after the 7-day return period.

Evcustomz reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund.

Warranty & Product Liability

Evcustomz warrants that products supplied are free from manufacturing defects upon delivery.

Covered Under Warranty

Evcustomz will provide a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, including but not limited to:

• Hydraulic fluid leaks caused by manufacturing faults.

• Internal defects that prevent proper brake bleeding which should not arise as all brakes come pre-bled and ready to install and ride.

• Manufacturing defects affecting normal operation.

• Faults present before installation or first use.

Not Covered Under Warranty

Evcustomz is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Crashes, accidents, impacts, or rider error.

• Improper installation.

• Incorrect maintenance or servicing.

• Modification of any component.

• Racing, competition use, or misuse of the product.

• Normal wear and tear.

Any damage resulting from a crash, accident, impact, misuse, or improper installation is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping Damage

All products are inspected and packaged carefully before dispatch and are shipped in brand new condition.

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, Evcustomz cannot control how the parcel is handled during transit. If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify Evcustomz within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the packaging and product.

Where damage has occurred during transit, Evcustomz will assist customers with lodging a claim with Australia Post where appropriate.

Evcustomz is not liable for damage caused during transit where the product was shipped in brand new condition and properly packaged.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Evcustomz, the customer acknowledges that motorcycle and e-bike components are used at their own risk.

Evcustomz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the installation, use, misuse, or failure of any product.
